Adventure Excursion to the Himalayas
Objectives: Outdoors bestow individuals an excellent opportunity to develop ability in themselves which one would need in life to lead on all frontiers. Present programme is themed to provide students to explore some of these “New Frontiers” and develop skills by means of experiencing and exploring to handle situations smartly in times to come. The design of the program focuses on:
- Getting to know person’s unique strength (reflection) and utilizing them productively in a team
- Setting goals and taking a group successfully through challenges
- Create an open atmosphere to share learning and provide feedback
- Being creative and innovative
- Developing leadership skills
Highlights: Camping experience in real wilderness, trekking through dense jungles, high altitude villages, Bird watching, Developing first hand knowledge about the Himalayan flora & fauna, Simulation (Based on Communication, Leadership & Teamwork), Camp Games, Cultural performances ….
Food: Hygienic and nutritious food with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
Eligibility: Mentally and physically fit participants of age 10 years and above.
Accommodation: In comfortable Swiss Tents on sharing basis.
Transportation: 2×2 push-back coach
